Şirketimizin 10.03.2021 tarih ve 2021/05 nolu Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında;
Şirketimizin, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu("KGK") tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS") uyarınca hazırlanan 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ait bağımsız denetimden geçmiş konsolide olmayan (solo) finansal tablolarına göre, 2020 yılı faaliyetlerinden 379.021 TL dönem karı, Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine uygun olarak tutulan yasal kayıtlara göre (912.202,21) TL dönem zararı gerçekleşmiştir. TFRS esas alınarak hazırlanan finansal tablolarda bulunan dönem karının geçmiş yıl zararlarına mahsup edilmesine,VUK hükümlerine uygun olarak tutulan kayıtlarımızda bulunan dönem zararı tutarının "Geçmiş Yıllar Zararları" hesabına aktarılmasına ve yasal kayıtlarımıza göre ''dağıtılabilir dönem karı'' oluşmaması sebebiyle kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin teklifin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulması oybirliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
