Şirketimizin 20.06.2023 tarihli yönetim kurulu toplantısında,
Şirketimizin sermaye piyasası mevzuatına göre hazırlanan 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait mali tablolarında 24.400.953 TL net dönem karı, yasal kayıtlara göre hazırlanan mali tablolarında 6.484.956,63 TL net dönem karı oluşmasına karşın, şirketimizin mali tablolarında geçmiş yıllar zararlarının olması nedeniyle elde edilen net dönem karlarının geçmiş yıllar zararına mahsup edilmesine, 2022 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunun Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
