At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated 03.01.2022 and numbered 01;
1-In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Registered Capital System numbered II-18.1, the current registered capital ceiling of our company, which is in the registered capital system, is increased from TL 1,500,000,000 to TL 5,000,000,000; to update the current registered capital ceiling validity period of our company to cover the years 2022-2026 in this context,
2-In this regard, Article 6 of the company's articles of association titled "Company's Capital" is amended in accordance with the attached amendment draft,
3-It has been decided to obtain the necessary permissions from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, and to submit the amendments to the approval of the shareholders at the first general assembly meeting to be held, following the approval.
