With the special case statement dated 11.05.2023;

Our company's 85.44% subsidiary, İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. On behalf of the company, it was decided to invest approximately USD 40,000,000 in renewable energy generation in Manisa, on a land with a production volume of 147 MWe, with an installed power of 24.1 MWe, and an installed power capacity of 51 MWe in addition to the installed power of 24.1 MWe on the same land. application was made public.

The connection agreement within the scope of the 24.1 MWe installed power GES investment was approved by the T.C. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı  and entered into force. In addition, for an additional 51 MWe installed power capacity on the same land, T.C. call letter approval was given by the Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı and the necessary procedures for the connection agreement were initiated.

Within the scope of GES investments, the additional investment cost of 51 MWe installed power capacity is approximately 30.000.000 USD.
