Şirketimizin %85,44 oranında bağlı ortaklığı olan İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. 'nin halka arz edilmesi işlemine yönelik olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemeleri uyarınca Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na 14.04.2023 tarihinde yapmış olduğu başvurunun onaylandığı, 03.08.2023 tarihli ve 2023/45 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Bülteni'nde ilan edilmiştir.

Halka arz tarihinin belirlenmesini takiben kamuoyuna ayrıca bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.
