We have been informed that the application made to the Capital Markets Board on 24.04.2025 for the public offering of the shares of İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., which is a 99.81% subsidiary of our company, within the scope of Transition to the Registered Capital System and ensuring the compliance of the Articles of Association with the Capital Markets Legislation and relevant legislative provisions, was approved by the Board Decision dated 25.09.2025 and numbered 52/1761.

Developments regarding the public offering of İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. will also be shared with the public.
