Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG explores financing opportunities to fund acquisition pipeline


In its annual report that was published on 20 December 2016 the company had stated that it plans to make use of its authorised capital in the course of the fiscal year to fund its ongoing growth. On the basis of the size and outstanding quality of the existing acquisition pipeline, Deutsche Konsum has now mandated an investment bank to explore potential funding opportunities.
