Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 27/04/2026 and numbered 2026/06, in accordance with the Company's Dividend Distribution Policy and in line with its investment and financing policies, and taking into account the Company's financial statements, it has been resolved to submit to the General Assembly the proposal not to distribute profit, since there was no profit generated in the 2025 accounting period, in accordance with the attached Dividend Distribution Proposal.
The English translation of this disclosure has been disclosed to the public simultaneously, and in the event of any discrepancy between the disclosure texts, the Turkish disclosure shall prevail.
