Şirketimiz Klimasan Klima Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi Genel Kurulu'nun 11.06.2021 tarihli ve Yönetim Kurulu'nun 22.06.2021 tarihli, 16 ve 17 sayılı nakit temettü dağıtımına ve bedelsiz sermaye ihracına ilişkin kararları çerçevesinde ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Pay Tebliği (VII-128.1) uyarınca, söz konusu işleme uygun görüş verilmesi talebiyle bugün Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna başvuruda bulunulmuştur.

Başvurumuza onay alınmasını müteakiben nakit temettü dağıtımı ve bedelsiz sermaye ihracı işlemleri tamamlanacaktır.
