Klimasan Suggestion Evaluation System is an application in which all employees can express their technical and administrative suggestions, improvement ideas and are rewarded in return. The suggestions of the employees are evaluated within the scope of many different scoring criteria, environmental protection and energy conservation criteria are also included among them. While the total number of employee suggestions and suggestions related to environmental and energy that are implemented are tracked by the Sustainability Committee among ESG KPIs, department-based Suggestion Evaluation System KPIs are tracked by department managers.
