Klimasan shares its Sustainability Policy, Social Compliance Policy, Integrated Management System Policy and Corporate Sustainability Strategy and management strategies in this context, as well as its ESG agenda, risks, performance indicators and projects with all its stakeholders through the annual GRI Sustainability Reports. Klimasan conducts a comprehensive stakeholder analysis study to determine the ESG priorities in the value chain and announces the results of this study in the annual GRI Sustainability Reports. Klimasan A.S. Employee Suggestion Evaluation System is an application in which all employees can express their technical and administrative suggestions, improvement ideas and are rewarded in return. Klimasan A.Ş. received the Award for the Enterprise Providing the Most Employment of Disabled Employees in Manisa Province with the number of disabled employees it employed in 2021.
