Leading Pakistani mobile operator Ufone/ Etisalat, which has been using Kron's Big Data and logging products since 2015, signed a new contract with our company to meet its requirements and manage its increasing data traffic.

According to this agreement, Ufone will ensure the processing and storage of Big Data generated in the network infrastructure as part of 4G requirements and 5G plans with Kron products. The scope of the contract includes Kron software licenses and support maintenance services for 5 years. In this context, a contract worth 1.325.000 USD for 2022 and a total of 8.830.000 USD was signed.

The disclosure regarding the new business relationship was postponed with the decision of our Board of Directors at its meeting dated 30/09/2022, in order not to harm the legitimate interests of our company and our shareholders, within the scope of Article 6 of the Communiqué on Special Cases numbered II-15.1. Due to the disappearance of the reason for the postponement, this statement has been made.
