Şirketimizin 500.000.000 TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 100.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı iç kaynaklardan karşılanmak suretiyle 100.000.000 TL'den 400.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesi kapsamında düzenlenen ihraç belgesinin onaylanması ve Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin 6. maddesinin yeni şekline uygun görüş verilmesi talebiyle Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na 13.09.2024 tarihinde yapmış olduğumuz başvuru Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanmış olup 21.11.2024 tarih ve 2024/53 sayılı Kurul bülteninde yayımlanmıştır. SPK tarafından onaylanan Onaylı İhraç Belgesi ve Esas Sözleşme Tadil Metni ektedir.
