In the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcement of our Company, Kuyaş Yatırım A.Ş., dated 09.04.2026;

It was announced that our Board of Directors had resolved to increase the registered capital amount set forth under Article 6 of our Articles of Association titled "Capital" and, accordingly, to apply to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye ("CMB") and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye ("Ministry") for the approval of the amendment draft.

Within this scope, it has been notified to our Company that our application regarding the amendment of the Company's Articles of Association in the form attached hereto has been approved by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye ("CMB"). Following the approval of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, the amendment text will be submitted for the approval of our shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held.
