oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Akay Hastanesinin satın alımının Rekabet Kurumunun onayını müteakip gerçekleşeceğini 29.06.2016 tarihli açıklamamızda duyurmuştuk, Şirketimizin Özel Akay Hastanesi'nin satın alınmasıyla ilgili Rekabet Kurumu'na 01.07.2016 tarihinde yapmış olduğu başvuru, Rekabet Kurumu tarafından 28.07.2016 tarihinde onaylandı. Binası 15 yıllığına kiralanan 18.000 m2 alana sahip Özel Akay Hastanesi, 01.08.2016 tarihinden itibaren Lokman Hekim Engürüsağ A.Ş. Özel Akay Hastanesi Şubesi unvanı ile sağlık hizmeti sunumuna başlayacaktır. Yine Ankara'nın nüfus yoğunluğunun en yüksek olduğu yerleşim yerlerinden biri olan Demet semtinde ayakta tedavi hizmeti vereceğimiz Demet Tıp Merkezimizin de 2016 yılı Ağustos ayı içerisinde faaliyetine başlamasını planlamaktayız. Dolayısıyla Akay Hastanesinin de satın alınmasıyla birlikte Ankara'da 359 yataklı 3 hastane ve ayakta tedavi yapılan 1 Tıp Merkezi, Van'da ise 271 yataklı 2 hastane olmak üzere toplam 630 yataklı 5 hastane ve ayakta tedavi yapılan 1 Tıp Merkezi ile Türkiye ' deki sağlık hizmet ağımızı genişletmeye devam etmekteyiz. Ayrıca Irak Erbil'de de görüntüleme merkezi ve bünyesindeki tam donanımlı laboratuvarlarımız ile sağlık sektöründeki faaliyetlerimizi sürdürmekteyiz. This statement concerns the acquisition of Ozel Akay Hastanesi (Akay, hereafter) in Ankara and follows our 29 June 2016 release on anti-trust approval process. We would like our shareholders and investors to know that the Turkey's Competition Board has approved our acquisition of Akay. The building with an indoor space of 18,000sqm, which houses the hospital, is rented on a 15 year term lease. Akay hospital will commence operations under its new title of Lokman Hekim Engürüsağ A.Ş. Özel Akay Hastanesi Şubesi . We are also planning to start operations at Demet Medical Center in Demet, a centrally-located outpatient clinic in one of the most densely populated districts of Ankara in August. The additions of Akay and Demet to Lokman group will increase our hospital count to 3 and add 1 Medical Center to our business in the capital city. The investments will also raise our total bed capacity from 509 to 630 or by 23% and place Lokman Hekim at no.1 spot among Ankara's private sector healthcare providers.
