Şirketimiz tarafından TTK ve SPKn hükümleri çerçevesinde
Türkiye Muhasebe/Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına
uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetim kuruluşu tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2021 - 31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 15.967.641,-TL vergi sonrası "Net Dönem Karı", 19.993.551,-TL "Geçmiş Yıllar Karlar" mevcuttur.
Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarımızda da 24.343.552,10 TL net dönem karı mevcuttur.
Şirketimizin "Kar Dağıtım Politikası"na uygun olarak Yönetim Kurulu'nda kar dağıtımı konusunda yapılan müzakereler sonucunda;
Türkiye Muhasebe/Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına ve yasal kayıtlara göre düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarımızda yer alan 2021 yılı karının dağıtımının yapılmaması hususunda Olağan Genel Kurul'a teklifte bulunulmasına
Oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
