Şirketimizin, 62.500.000,00-TL nominal değerli çıkarılmış sermayesinin, tamamı iç kaynak ile kar payının sermayeye ilave edilmesi suretiyle (i) 333.422.746,00-TL'si "Sermaye Düzeltmesi Olumlu Farkları" hesabında, (ii) 368.000.000,00-TL'si "Hisse Senedi İhraç Primleri" hesabında ve (iii) 36.077.254,00-TL'si "Geçmiş Yıl Karları" hesabında bulunan tutarlardan karşılanmak üzere 737.500.000,00-TL bedelsiz artırılarak 800.000.000,00-TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin sermaye artırımı ve esas sözleşme değişikliğine ilişkin başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanmış olup, Kurul'un 07.08.2025 tarih ve 2025/43 sayılı Bülteni'nde yayınlanmıştır.
