Şirketimizin 54.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin , tamamı Özsermaye Enflasyon Düzeltme Farkları hesaplarından karşılanmak üzere 270.000.000 TL artırılarak , bir defaya mahsus olmak üzere 200.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanının aşılması suretiyle 324.000.000'ye yükseltilmesi hususunda Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna 02.12.2024 tarihinde yapmış olduğumuz başvuru sürecinde kayıtlı sermaye tavanımızın geçerlilik süresinin 31.12.2024 tarihinde sona ermiş olması nedeniyle, başvuru işlemimiz geri çekilmiştir.
Şirketimiz kayıtlı sermaye tavanın süresini uzattıktan sonra iç kaynaklardan sermaye artırımı için gerekli başvurular tekrar yapılacaktır.
