Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan Kâr Dağıtım Tablolarında dağıtılabilir kâr olmadığından kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına, dönem zararlarının geçmiş yıl zararlarına ilave edilmesine
Yönetim Kurulu'nun 2024 yılı kârının dağıtılmasına ilişkin teklifi görüşüldü.
