Finansal Tablolara göre
(6.538.234) TL Dönem Zararı, Vergi yasaları kapsamında tutulan yasal kayıtlara göre hazırlanan mali tablolarımıza göre 179.194.496 TL dönem net karı hesaplanmıştır, hesaplanan bu kar Enflasyon Muhasebesi çalışmaları neticesinde, geçmiş dönem zararları hesabına virmanlanarak kapatılmıştır. Şirketi'in finansal planlamasına uygun şekilde 2023 yılı hesap dönemine ait karın dağıtılmamasını öneren yönetim kurulu kararı Genel Kurulun onayına sunuldu. Yapılan oylama sonucunda 537.290 ret oyuna karşılık 127.271.205,239 kabul oyu ve katılanların oy çokluğu ile kabul edildi.
