"Şirketimizin 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait yasal kayıtlarında 99.816.984,79 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karı elde edilmesine karşılık, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemelerine göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarında bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunmadığından dolayı, kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu önerisini ortakların onayına sunuyorum."
dedi. Yapılan oylama sonucunda 2024 yılı kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin teklifin oy birliği ile kabulüne karar verildi.
