TL genel kanuni yedek akçeyi ayrılmıştır, kalan tutarı ise olağanüstü yedeklere aktarmıştır. 78.727.847,61 TL tutarındaki olağanüstü yedeklerin, güncel finansal durum göz önünde bulundurularak, şirketin finansal yapısının daha güçlü hale getirilmesi amacıyla geçmiş yıllar karları olarak muhasebeleştirilmesi yönünde genel kurulda karar alınmıştır.
