On May 3, 2024, our company issued a Special Situation Disclosure, informing the public and our investors that, in the April 24, 2024 KAP announcement, the Board of Directors authorized the establishment of a company and/or collaboration to increase the volume of combined rail freight transportation along the China-Turkey-Europe route and vice versa. We announced that, under this authorization, the company had reached the final stage of establishing a partnership with NB Holdinq ASC, one of the leading groups in Azerbaijan.

In this context, the partnership processes have been completed, and our company has acquired a 50% stake in the Azerbaijan-based Terminal Management company, and this acquisition has been registered.

This partnership will offer significant opportunities and benefits in port and logistics center operations, freight transportation along the Middle Corridor, and logistics services in the region for both parties. As a result of this initiative, a structure will be established that will focus on and prioritize our company's activities in the Middle Corridor, utilize a joint workforce from Baku, Turkey, and Azerbaijan, and contribute to the growth of foreign trade.
