Our company signed a cooperation memorandum with the PTC Holding group of companies on the first day of the Logitrans International Transport Logistics Exhibition, held in Istanbul between 19–21 November 2025, aimed at developing international freight transportation and strengthening logistics connections along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR/TMTM).

The parties agreed to jointly develop transit transportation within international railway transport along the Trans-Caspian route, organize container transportation, and improve the technologies used in carrying out these operations. Within the scope of the cooperation agreement, it is envisaged to develop end-to-end logistics services — including transport-forwarding services, customs and consultancy services — and to establish competitive tariff conditions in railway transportation.

In addition, PTC Holding and Pasifik Eurasia have reached an agreement on promoting TITR routes within logistics organizations in Kazakhstan, China and other countries, improving service quality, shortening delivery times, and creating an effective logistics system that enables the balancing of export–import and transit cargo flows.

We present this information to our investors and the public.
