İlgili dönem içinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri uyarınca hazırlanmış olan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş mali tablolara göre vergi sonrası net karın 7.341.253 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre hazırlanan mali tablolarına göre ise 7.129.427,27 TL olduğuna,

SPK hükümlerine göre hazırlanmış net dönem karının, VUK esaslarına göre hazırlanmış mali tablolardakinden fazla olması nedeni ile, kar dağıtımına esas tutarın 7.341.253 TL olarak belirlenmesine,
TTK'nunun ilgili hükmü gereği, yasal net dönem karı üzerinden %5 oranında ( 356.471,36 TL ) 1. Tertip yasal yedek akçe ayrılmasına,
Dönem içinde yapılan 7.475 TL'lik bağışın dikkate alınarak, kar dağıtım matrahının 6.992.256,64 TL olarak tespit edilmesine ve bu matrah üzerinden %20 oranında nakden 1. Temettü ayrılmasına,
