Yönetim Kurulu'nun 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 yılı karından kar dağıtılmaması yönündeki önerisi okundu. "Kâr Dağıtım Teklifi"nin oluşturulması için yapılan görüşmeler neticesinde, dönem karının pay sahiplerimizin yararına olduğu düşüncesi ile önümüzdeki dönem yatırım harcamalarında kullanılması ve şirketin mali yapısının güçlü tutulması sebepleriyle 2022 yılı karından kar payı dağıtılmamasına ilişkin teklifte bulunuldu. Söz alan olmadı. 2022 yılından kar dağıtılmaması oy çokluğu ile kabul edildi.
