Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirketimizin 29.07.2021 tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul toplantısında Yönetim Kurulunun 2020 yılı karının dağıtılması önerisi ortakların bilgisine sunulmuştur.K ar dağıtımına ilişkin verilen yazılı önergede sermayenin brüt %35 ‘i yerine %45'i oranında kar dağıtılması teklif edilmiştir. Teklif oya sunulmuş ve 01.01.2020 - 31.12.2020 döneminde oluşan 10.759.865,20 TL net dağıtılabilir kardan, 6.224.400,00 TL sermayeyi temsil eden pay sahiplerine nakit olarak sermayenin brüt % 45'i oranında olmak üzere 2.800.980,00 TL kar payı dağıtılmasına ve kar dağıtımının 25 Ağustos 2021 tarihini geçmemek kaydıyla ödeme tarihinin Yönetim Kurulu tarafından tespit edilmesine oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
