oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Bankamızın, 500 milyon ABD Doları veya muadili yabancı para veya Türk Lirası tutarına kadar, yurt dışında, yeşil ve/veya sürdürülebilir tahvil ve/veya finansman bonosu ihraç edilmesi konusunda tavan izni için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru yaptığı duyurulmuştu. İlgili iznin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 03.10.2024 tarihli SPK Bülteni ile onaylandığı duyurulmuştur. İhracın tabi olduğu yabancı standartlar uyarınca hazırlanan Sürdürülebilir Finans Çerçeve Belgesi'ne ve Çerçeve Belgesi'nin esas alınan yabancı standartlar ile uyumlu olduğuna ilişkin İkinci Taraf Görüşü'ne ekte yer verilmiştir		It was announced that the necessary application for the issuance limit regarding the issuance of green and/or sustainable notes and/or financing bonds abroad up to an amount of 500 million US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or Turkish Lira had been made to the Capital Markets Board. The approval of the application was announced in the CMB's Bulletin dated 03.10.2024. The Sustainabile Finance Framework Document prepared in accordance with the foreign standards to which the issuance is subject, and the Second Party Opinion regarding the compliance of the Framework Document with the aforementioned foreign standards are included in the attachment.
