As a result of the assessment conducted by SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş.(SAHA),  the Bank's Corporate Governance Rating is revised up to 96.68% (9.67% over 10) from 96.67% (9.67 over 10) on October 17, 2025.

The Bank's overall Corporate Governance Rating is determined, in compliance with the directive of Capital Market Board, under the weighted sub sections (Shareholders, Public Disclosure and Transparency, Stakeholders, Board of Directors).
