Bankamızca 28.12.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamasıyla 9,72 (97,15) olarak kamuya açıklanan Bankamızın Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme notu; Saha Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (SAHA) tarafından yapılan inceleme sonucunda 9,72 (97,15) olarak teyit edilmiştir.

Kurumsal Yönetim derecelendirme notumuz, SPK'nın konuya ilişkin ilke kararı çerçevesinde ağırlıklandırılmış dört ana başlık (Pay Sahipleri, Kamuyu Aydınlatma ve Şeffaflık, Menfaat Sahipleri, Yönetim Kurulu) altında yapılan değerlendirme sonucu belirlenmiş olup, ana başlıklara ilişkin notlar önceki yılla birlikte aşağıda belirtilmiştir.

Our Bank's Corporate Governance Rating which was announced within our public disclosure dated 28.12.2023 as 9,72 (97,15), has been confirmed as a result of Saha Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (SAHA) assessment as 9,72 (97,15).

Our Corporate Governance Rating is determined, in compliance with the relevant regulations of the CMB, under the weighted four sections (Shareholders, Public Disclosure and Transparency, Stakeholders, Board of Directors). The Corporate Governance Rating headlines ratings with last year are as below.
