It has been announced within the our public disclosure in the ref, that, application for CMB has made by our bank regarding the issuance of bonds or any other similar debt securities in Turkey to qualified investors, having the particulars specified in the Regulation on Equity of the Banks published in the Official Gazette dated September 5, 2013 and numbered 28756, and which may be included in the calculation of equity, with varying maturities up to a nominal amount of up to 7 billion TL. The announcement regarding to mentioned approval of CMB has been made with in 09.01.2025 dated, 2025/2 numbered CMB bulletin. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
