Ref: Our public disclosure dated 10.01.2025. Issue document approved by Capital Markets Board (CMB) regarding our bank to issue of sustainable/green/blue debt instruments within a period of 1 year to be sold at abroad up to an amount of USD 3,000,000,000 or equivalent foreign currencies or Turkish Lira is in the attachment. In addition, the Sustainable Finance Framework document approved by the Bank's Board of Directors and the second party's opinion regarding the compliance of the said document with the foreign standards are also presented in the appendix. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
