Through the public diclosures referenced above, it had been announced that our Bank had filed a case before the Istanbul 5th Administrative Court with a request for cancellation of the administrative fine imposed on our Bank as a result of the inspection carried out by the Ministry of Customs and Trade; that our case had been rejected by the court and our Bank had filed an appeal against this decision of rejection and the appeal had also been rejected; that our Bank had filed further appeal for reversal in High Court against the rejection of our appeal and the High Court has reversed the decision of rejection of appeal made by our Bank. The case was concluded against our Bank and became final after the appeal courts.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
