Ref: Our public disclosures dated 20.10.2022, 05.04.2023 and 15.05.2023.

With our related public disclosures; It has been announced that our natural personal shareholder, filed a lawsuit with a request for the cancellation of the relevant general assembly resolution on the grounds that no decision has been taken to increase the bonus issue by adding the last year's profit and the undistributed profits of previous years to the capital at our ordinary general assembly meeting held on March 23, 2022 and at the hearing regarding the case, it was announced to reject the case with an open appeal and an appeal was filed by the plaintiff in this case.

The appeal filed by the plaintiff was rejected as an appeal by the 14th Civil Chamber of the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice. As mentioned in our statement dated 20.10.2022, the resolutions taken at the general assembly of our Bank are in accordance with the regulations of the Turkish Commercial Code, BRSA and CMB, and important developments regarding the process will be announced to the public.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
