Ref: Our public disclosure dated 17.09.2025. In accordance our public disclosure in the ref, CMB application has made by our bank regarding the issuance of structured debt securities in domestic market up to 5 billion TL nominal values of bank bills, bonds and/or credit linked or other structured debt securities including structured bills and bonds sales to qualified investors. This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
