Ref: Our public disclosure dated 19.11.2025. In accordance to the public disclosure in the ref, CMB Application has made by our bank regarding the issuance of bonds or any other similar debt securities in Turkey to qualified investors, having the particulars specified in the Regulation on Equity of the Banks published in the Official Gazette dated September 5, 2013 and numbered 28756, and which may be included in the calculation of equity, with varying maturities up to a nominal amount of up to 7 billion TL. This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
