Ref: Our public disclosure dated 11.09.2025.

In our public disclosure dated 11.09.2025, it was announced to the public that a natural person shareholder who had filed a lawsuit requesting the annulment of the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Bank held on 26 March 2025 - primarily those related to agenda items numbered 6 and 8 - had also filed a compensation lawsuit against the members of our Board of Directors based on allegations similar to those raised in the aforementioned case.

At the hearing held today regarding the said lawsuit, the court has decided to dismiss the case, with the right to appeal reserved.

This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
