03.08.2022 tarihinde yapılan 2021 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantında, Yönetim Kurulu'nun kar dağıtımına ilişkin teklifi oya sunuldu, karın dağıtılmamasına ilişkin teklifin kabulüne yapılan oylama sonucu
oy birliği ile karar verildi.
