2025/35 sayılı bülteninde; Yeşil Yatırım Holding AŞ'nin 2.250.000.000 TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 215.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, mevcut ortakların yeni pay alma hakları kısıtlanmaksızın tamamı nakden karşılanmak üzere 1.075.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılması nedeniyle, ihraç ve halka arz edilecek 860.000.000 TL nominal değerli paylara ilişkin izahnamenin ve tasarruf sahiplerine satış duyurusunun Kurul tarafından onaylanması talebinin olumsuz karşılanmasına karar verilmiştir.
