Şirketimiz tarafından 01.12.2025 tarihli açıklamamızda duyurmuş olduğumuz Yönetim Kurulu'nun bedelli sermaye artırımı kararına istinaden, 2.250.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, , her biri 1-TL nominal değerde 645.000.000 TL olan Şirketimizin çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle 1.290.000.000 TL nakit (bedelli) olarak %200 oranında artırılarak 1.935.000.000 TL ye çıkartılması kapsamında, İzahnamenin onaylanması talebi ile 12.12.2025 tarihi itibarıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
