Yonga Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'
nin yukarıda isimleri yazılı Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri şirket merkezinde toplanarak oy birliği ile aşağıdaki kararı almışlardır:
Şirketimizin 2018 yılına ait TFRS konsolide finansal tablolarında yer alan vergi öncesi dönem kârı 7.051.550 TL'dir. 2018 yılı karından ayrılan 1. Tertip yedek akçe tutarı 107.729 TL ‘dir. Vergi karşılığı tutarı 390.297 TL ‘ dir. Böylece 6.553.524 TL net dağıtılabilir kar oluşmaktadır.
Yönetim Kurulu, yasal yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra brüt 988.235 TL Birinci temettü dağıtılmasını Genel Kurula teklif eder.
Kâr payı dağıtımına 21 Mart 2019 tarihinde başlanmasına, bu önerilerin genel kurulun onayına sunulmasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
Buna ilave olarak 2. Temettü ödenebilmesi için önce kalan bakiye olan 5.565.289 TL ‘nin %10 ‘u olan 556.528 TL 2. Yedek akçe ayrılması gerekecektir.
