Yonga Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.' nin yukarıda isimleri yazılı Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri şirket merkezinde toplanarak oy birliği ile aşağıdaki kararı almışlardır:

Şirketimizin, Türk Ticaret Kanunu (TTK) ve Vergi yasalarına göre hazırlanmış olan 31.12.2019 bilançosunda dönem kârı 4.103.771 TL iken; Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları'na (TMS) göre hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş bilançosunda ise, 2.879.483 TL'dir.

Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı gereği; bunlardan düşük olan brüt 2.879.483 TL esas alınarak bunun karşılığı vergi sonrası net kar olan 1.519.925 TL 'nin tamamına ilaveten geçmiş yıl karından da 456.545 TL eklenerek toplam 1.976.470 TL dağıtılmasının Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına,
