nin yukarıda isimleri yazılı Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri şirket merkezinde toplanarak oy birliği ile aşağıdaki kararı almışlardır:
Şirketimizin, Türk Ticaret Kanunu (TTK) ve Vergi yasalarına göre hazırlanmış olan 31.12.2019 bilançosunda dönem kârı 4.103.771 TL iken; Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları'na (TMS) göre hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş bilançosunda ise, 2.879.483 TL'dir.
COVID-19 nedeniyle alınan önlemler kapsamında, 17.04.2020 tarihli, 31102 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan 7244 Sayılı Yeni Koronavirüs (COVID-19) Salgınının Ekonomik ve Sosyal Hayata Etkilerinin Azaltılması Hakkında Kanun İle Bazı Kanunlarda Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Kanun ("
Kanun
") uyarınca, kar payı dağıtımına sınırlamalar getirilmiştir.
Bu sınırlamalar kapsamında Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı gereği; bunlardan düşük olan brüt 2.879.483 TL esas alınarak bunun karşılığı vergi sonrası net kar olan 1.519.925 TL ‘ nin, %25 tutarı olan 379.981,25 TL sinin dağıtılmasına,
Genel Kurulun onayına sunulacaktır.
