nin yukarıda isimleri yazılı Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri şirket merkezinde toplanarak oy birliği ile aşağıdaki kararı almışlardır:
Şirketimizin, Türk Ticaret Kanunu (TTK) ve Vergi yasalarına göre hazırlanmış olan 31.12.2022 bilançosunda dönem kârı 40.927.984 TL iken; Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları'na (TMS) göre hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş bilançosunda ise, 43.162.208 TL'dir.
Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmak üzere Brüt 4.293.333,33 TL kar dağıtılmasına karar vermişlerdir.
