In parallel with the CMB's regulation, we inform and declare our responsibility due to the announcement of the unconsolidated condensed financial statement, the income statement, the comprehensive income statement, cash-flow statement and table of the changes in shareholders equity and the interim Activity Report together with the related notes pertaining to 01.01.2023 - 30.09.2023 period issued by our company in accordance with Turkey Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and the formats determined by Capital Markets Board (CMB) under the CMB communiqué II-14.1 entitled Principles of Financial Reporting at Capital Markets (Communiqué),

Do not include missing issues which could result the misstatement in important topics or being deceptive as of the announcement date, within the framework of information that we had on our duties and responsibilities in the Company,
