Book building process for the initial public offering for shares of Bin Ulaşım ve Akıllı Şehir Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, one of our investments, was carried out between October 3-4, 2024. Shares with a nominal value of TRY 1 were offered for sale at the fixed price of TRY 91.85. All shares with a nominal value of TRY 17,000,000 offered to the public were sold. The total public offering size was realized as TRY 1,561,450,000.

Based on the total unfiltered data shared by Borsa Istanbul, in the public offering, a demand amounting to TRY 2,192,824,328.20 was received for 23,873,972 shares with a nominal value, corresponding to 1.40 times the number offered for sale with 281,468 orders.

TRY 17,000,000 nominal valued shares offered to public will start trading on 09/10/2024 on BIST Stars at TRY 91.85 base price, with the method of continious trading and with ticker of "BINBN.E".
