It has been decided to increase the capital of 1000 Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş., a wholly owned subsidiary of our Company, from 5.000.000 TL to 100.000.000 TL by increasing it by 95.000.000 TL.  And also, it has been decided that to pay the capital increase amount in cash.

The capital increase was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 13.11.2024 and numbered 11206.
