Paylarının tamamı Şirketimize ait olan Altay Yenilebilir Enerji Üretim ve Depolama A.Ş.' nin sermayesi 20.000.000 TL artırılarak 30.000.000 TL'den 50.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmıştır. Sermaye artış tutarının %25' i tescilden önce ödenmiş olup, kalan tutar genel kurul kararının tescilinin akabinde 24 ay içinde ödenecektir.

Konuya ilişkin sermaye arttırımı 26.11.2024 tarih ve 11215 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde yayımlanmıştır.

The capital of Altay Yenilebilir Enerji Üretim ve Depolama A.Ş., whose shares are wholly owned by our Company, was increased by 20.000.000 TL, from 30.000.000 TL to 50.000.000 TL. 25% of the capital increase amount has been paid before the registration and the remaining amount will be paid within 24 months following the registration of the general assembly resolution.

The capital increase was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 26.11.2024 and numbered 11215.
