Paylarının tamamı Şirketimize ait olan Altay Yenilebilir Enerji Üretim ve Depolama A.Ş. yatırım amaçlı gayrimenkul edinimi gerçekleştirmiştir.

Toplam 26.970.000TL'nin 9.439.500TL' si peşin, kalanı 36 ay vadeli olarak ödenecek olup, sözleşmeye göre teslim tarihi imza tarihinden itibaren 48 aydır.

Süreç hakkındaki gelişmeler KAP'ta duyurulacaktır.

Altay Yenilebilir Enerji Üretim ve Depolama A.Ş., whose shares are wholly owned by our Company, has acquired investment property.

Of the total amount of 26.970.000TL, 9.439.500TL will be paid in cash and the remaining amount will be paid in 36 months. The delivery date according to the contract is 48 months from the date of signature.

Developments regarding the process will be announced on KAP.
