("Meta") ile enerji sektöründe faaliyetlerini genişletmek ve sürdürülebilir bir enerji altyapısı oluşturmak amacıyla, Çinʼin önde gelen enerji teknolojisi firmalarından biri ile bir mutabakat zaptı imzalamıştır. Buna göre Meta: • Elektrikli Araç Şarj İstasyonları: Türkiye genelinde elektrikli araç şarj istasyonlarının satış, kurulum ve operasyon süreçlerinde rol alacaktır. • Enerji Depolama Sistemleri: Batarya tabanlı enerji depolama sistemlerinin tedariğini, satışını ve teknik servis operasyonlarını yürütülecektir. Bu iş birliği ile yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının kullanımının artırılması ve enerji sektöründe ileri teknolojilerin uygulanması hedeflenmektedir. Söz konusu zaptın, Meta'nın enerji sektöründeki büyüme stratejilerine ve finansal performansına olumlu katkılar sağlaması beklenmektedir. Meta Mobilite Enerji A.Ş. ("Meta"), which is 92% owned by our Company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with one of the leading energy technology companies in China to expand its activities in the energy sector and create a sustainable energy infrastructure.Accordingly: • ⁠ Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: Meta will participate in the sales, installation and operation of electric vehicle charging stations throughout Turkey. • ⁠ Energy Storage Systems: Meta will be involved in the supply, sales and technical service of battery-based energy storage systems. This cooperation is aimed at increasing the use of renewable energy resources and implementing advanced technologies in the energy sector. The MoU is expected to contribute positively to Meta's growth strategies and financial performance in the energy sector.
